CANDIDATE POOL

GUIDEA combines various search methods: selecting amidst our GDB (GUIDEA Data Bank) – the up-to-date candidate database, personal relationships, advertising in prestigious magazines, organizing conferences and events, and peer to peer networking.

SEARCH AND SELECTION

GUIDEA applies a professional and scientific search and selection procedure, which has been designed by leading human resource professionals. The search and selection services comprise three stages:
Stage 1: Determine the demand and requirements of the Employer based on tasks analysis, internal relationships, and decision-making process and prepare detailed job descriptions and specifications. (GUIDEA consultants will carry out the survey at the client’s office whenever possible.)
Stage 2: Prepare a most feasible search and selection plan.
Stage 3: Selection based on standard procedure below:
•  Questioning and grading the resumes;
•  General testing to be based on features and specializations of the Employer.
•  Specialized knowledge testing (If requested by the Employer): GUIDEA consultants will work closely with our clients to build tests and evaluate necessary qualifications and experiences that are matched to the practical working requirements.
•  Final interview: GUIDEA supports our clients with tools and methods for the final interview to employ the targeted candidates.

GUIDEA guarantees to search and reselect a new person in case the recruited person is not suitable to organization within two months’ time of placement.
